We have a vacancy for a DJ Product Specialist in our Product team.

The DJ Product Specialist will draw on their experience to help shape and design our products by understanding and demonstrating what DJs want and need. They will work with the Development Team to ensure that this is built to specification.

With support from the Head of Product Planning, they will;

  • Have input into the design of our products, primarily focussed on Serato DJ.
  • Be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the needs of our users.
  • Create documentation and specification for new product features.
  • Be proactive in managing relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Be comfortable reporting to senior management on the state of project progress.

What we are looking for someone who:

  • Has hands-on experience regularly using Serato DJ or other digital DJing software.
  • Is passionate about the future of DJing and music production.
  • Is able to think critically and put themselves in others' shoes.
  • Is able to facilitate collaboration and communication.
  • Has great ideas but is able to listen, negotiate and compromise.
  • Has a growth mindset, and is always trying to learn new skills and explore new ideas.

Relevant previous experience in product development or project management is a plus, but not essential.
