A rare opportunity and brand new role has opened up within our team and we are now looking for a stand-out marketer to join Serato as a Search Manager. Whether you are agency side looking for a change or brand side looking to expand your experience into the music industry, this role is for you.

As the Search Manager, you will be part of our Growth Marketing team reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, and responsible for building, managing, optimising and scaling all things search. Search is an important part to our overall communications strategy and the role will be integrated into our marketing holistically.

This is a life-changing opportunity to run our search programme in-house.

We are looking for some who has:

  • 3-5 years of SEO and SEM experience
  • Required Google Search qualifications
  • High level of proficiency with SA360 and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of organic YouTube and content creation strategies
  • Share of Search and brand tracking experience
  • Data driven with experience in relevant web analytics platforms
  • Ability to utilise data and experience to develop and communicate recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Lead the overarching search strategy to develop specific and measurable performance strategies and tactics
  • Manage the optimisations and ongoing maintenance of our paid search activity globally
  • Work with our analytics team to drive testing, reporting, optimisation and analysis on channel performance
  • Ideate and execute the SEO content plan on The Drop, Serato’s blog,, YouTube and other discovery platforms
  • Lead the implementation of technical SEO improvements to and our blog platforms in collaboration with web development teams.
  • Communicate and report on search performance and ongoing work to wider stakeholders.
